Subordinate to Dalian Engine Group, Dalian Dali Precision Die Development Co., Ltd. is a professional  enterprise producing engine multi-position progressive dies and other engine and electric apparatus moulds.
Established in October, 1992, it was derived from the tool workshop of Dalian Engine Factory enjoying rich experience and strong technology. In recent years we introduced foreign advanced mould processing equipments, tools and testing devices, and developed advanced multi-position progressive dies through digestion and absorption, which passed approval of Ministry of Machinery and was awarded National Award of Science and Technology.
Designed and produced with the help of computer, high-precise progressive dies have reached world advanced level in 1990s.
High-precise hard alloy progressive dies produced with VICS or FASTEC technology contains automatic faolure stopping structures and flakes capable of automatic overlapping, separation and twisting. It can be used over 100,000,000 stroke times.
Progressive dies are widely used in machinery, household electric apparatus, automobile and petroleum exploration industries to process stator and rotor iron chips in engines in washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators, vehicles and crude oil pumps.

Our products can be found in cities in more than 20 provinces instead of imported moulds. We have established stable relationship with over ten factories in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Hangzhou as well as Jinlin Province, Shandong Province and Zhejiang Province.
We possess workshop of nearly 2,000 square meters and 25 equipments including imported slow-moving silk thread cutting machine, coordinate grinder, optical curvous grinder, processing center and coordinate measure machine.
We established Dalian KORODA Die Maintenance Centre in 1995 in cooperation with Japanese KORODA Die Maintenance Centre锛寃hich improved our technology level and technician quality.
